IVY
Ivy is a passionate pilates instructor dedicated to helping people move with intention, strength, and ease. With a background in pilates and experiences of teaching mindful movement, she brings a grounded, supportive energy to every Pilates' session.
Her teaching blends intelligent sequencing with a deep understanding of body mechanics, creating classes that are both challenging and accessible. Whether working on the Reformer, mat, or using small props, Ivy focuses on helping clients build core strength, postural awareness, and confidence in their bodies—at any stage of life.
She especially enjoys working with women on their wellness journeys, including postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health, and believes movement should feel empowering, healing, and even joyful.
No matter your experience level, Ivy creates a safe, welcoming space where you can tune into your body, move with purpose, and feel truly supported.
SANDY
Sandy is a Pilates teacher in Zwift Pilates studio, with certification of the APPI instructor in mat and reformer Pilates.
She was practicing Pilates for 4 years and her initial interest in Pilates is to improve her own body and movement. Teaching Pilates was a natural progression for her to equip herself and deepen the knowledge of Pilates principles.
Her passion is about helping people to enhance holistic health and feeling energized in the body. She will encourage you to do what feels best to your body, also push you beyond the limits and see you grow.
When Sandy is not in the studio, she likes to spend time on cooking and understanding the nutritional value of food. Enhancing the entire wellbeing is Sandy's goal in life.
TIFFANY
Tiffany has been teaching yoga for over two years, exploring various styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga along the way. She recently took the leap to pursue yoga and wellness full-time, bringing genuine passion and enthusiasm to every class.
What she loves most is helping students connect with their breath and find those transformative moments on the mat that they can carry into everyday life. Her teaching style is all about making yoga feel accessible and meaningful for everyone, no matter where you're starting from.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, she's here to create a welcoming space where you can explore mindful movement, build inner strength, and discover what feels good for your body and mind.
KAYLA
Kayla is a passionate personal trainer with over ten years experience in the fitness industry. She has been teaching Mat Pilates for six years and holds certifications in boxing, pre and post natal as well as yoga.
Kayla has a love for martial arts and trained and competed in BJJ and kickboxing. With a background in body sculpting she is passionate about inspiring others to lead a healthy lifestyle. In her spare time she loves cooking and hanging with family and friends.
